My first Sesame Street Book: First Visit to the Doctor with Elmo!
La, la, la, la! I am writing for SESAME STREET and I couldn’t be more thrilled! My first book is part of the FIRSTS’s series. It is entitled FIRST VISIT to the DOCTOR with ELMO! It’s part fiction, part non-fiction and about visiting the doctor’s office for the first times. It’s goal is to ease little ones’ fears and make going to the doctor something to be celebrated—not feared.
In addition to my first FIRST title for SESAME STREET, I’ve also written six more titles for SESAME STREET’ Building Relationships’ series. As I researched and wrote these titles, I thought about the families who will be reading them, and created both non-fiction/fictional content to inform, inspire, motivate, and touch the readers’ hearts. It has been a honor and a hoot to work with SESAME STREET, and I look forward to working with them again.
